  • How can I place an order?

If you see something you want to order please send a direct message either to my instagram/facebook/email.

You can also access my online shop through the shop now button on the home page.

  • Can I order online?

I do have a online shop with postal orders available but anything else you may send photos/details to me for pricing at gbbakesuk@outlook.com, but you must then await confirmation of your order for it to be finalised. All orders require a deposit to ensure your order is placed.

  • Is a deposit required when placing an order?

I require at least 50% of your total order.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept most forms of payment.

  • How far in advance should I order a custom cake?

The earlier the better, I suggest 2-3 weeks. Still pop a enquiry as some weeks are busier than others!

  • Can I make changes to my cake after I order?

You can make changes a week before your delivery/collection date. Changes can be made by messaging direct.

  • Refund/Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, immediately notify me (within 24 hours ) of your concern. I retain the right to judge my product quality for myself & determine the amount that can be refunded.

  • Order Cancellation Policy

GB Bakes understands that plans change and I will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. I accept

cancellations by phone or email (gbbakesuk@outlook.com), 10 business days before your event, you will receive 50% of your order back. All changes must be handled directly with myself. GB Bakes reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order. Charges for cancellations after the above time will be as follows: 75% of the entire order will be charged for cancellations 72 hours prior to the event and 100% of the entire order will be charged for cancelling the order after that time. It is entirely up to GB Bakes discretion, to change or otherwise offer any other options to the customer.

  • Wedding Cake Cancellation Policy

Wedding deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable (Deposit is deducted from the wedding cake balance only). Any Wedding cake orders cancelled 30 days prior to your wedding date will receive only a 50% refund on any payments made. Any Wedding cake orders cancelled less than 30 days prior to your wedding date will receive NO refunds on any payments made after the deposit.

  • Do you make cakes for people with allergies?

 Please get in contact with your specific allergy query and I will accomodate further.

  • How is a tier cake priced?

All tier cakes are priced based on type of cake, filling, icing, decorations, structure, and toppers. Tier cakes start at £2 per serving and can go all the way up to £13 per serving.

  • Can I get a different cake for each tier of my cake?

You may get different cakes for each tier but will be cost effective depending on choice and size.

  • Do you deliver?

Yes I do deliver most of my cakes. Delivery prices are based on mileage/address if local. Collection is also an option.

  • When do I need to pay my balance?

Your final balance must be paid in full 2 days before your event

  • Should I keep my cake refrigerated?

Most of my cakes can sit out in a cool air conditioned room for up to 3 hours any longer than that we suggest refrigeration with the exception of whipped cream cakes they should most always be kept refrigerated​.
